We've put our card printers to use to produce hard-wearing, waterproof Deaf and hard of hearing communication cards. More information.
Following on from our “Deaf” and “Hard of Hearing” communication cards, which remain popular, is our new “Fully Vaccinated” communication card.
The hard-wearing, waterproof card is printed on both sides with the message “FULLY VACCINATED”, and at the bottom of the card is the message.
I have received both doses of a COVID19 vaccination.

Unfortunately, we are unable to supply the lanyards, but Amazon has plenty to choose from, and we are only able to accept orders from and ship to addresses in the UK.
